Our Infrastructure

We believe in building the right infrastructure , that can create economic development , puts people back to work and , most importantly enhances safety and improves local communities. Our factory is constructed in our own land , which is around 25 acers of land surrounded by nature and coconut trees , we also do farming of vegetables . We are committed in spreading the word of GO GREEN , GO THE NATURAL WAY and say NO TO PLASTICS We are a vertically integrated unit where we have our own looms , spinning , ring spinning unit , sizing and warping unit , weaving stitching unit and printing unit . Everything is inhouse production , we have stringent quality control systems to make sure our all products are checked before they are packed and ready to be exported.

SPINNING:

Open End spinning Unit( Company Owned):

Trumac BlowRoom with complete set with filters.

Iscan (to remove Color polyester contamination )

Trutzschler DK 740 - 4 nos

Jute feed attached – with automated and autolevelled

DrawFrame – Padmatex (Parallel Delivery ) – 2 Nos

Elitex Open End BD200 RN - 7 Machines (each 240 rotors)

Textool Cheese to Cone winders.

Total – 1680 Rotors

In terms of Count Ne 20 – 4500 Kgs to 5000 kgs per Day @ 85% utilization

Ring Spinning Unit :

The complete plant is of LMW plant with Savio AutoCone machines.

25000 spindles.

Production Capacity: In terms of 30’s Count – 10000 kgs Per Day.

New Mech Warper machines – 2 nos.

With Cone Capacity of 560 Cones

Ambika automatic Sizing Machine

9 Nos of Multi range Drying Cylinders

Veesons Heavy duty – 2 ton Boiler.

2 Nos of Starch Bath automated transfers to starch storage tank

One starch Cooking box

One Cooked starch Storage tank which is connected to the starch bath box and automised to transfer starch too and fro in starch box.

Sulzer TW11 380 CM looms ( Company Owned)

32 NOs - Tappet attached.

Can weave Fabric from 32” to 146” width fabric

Selvedge closed and fringe open type available.

Sulzer TWll 380 Cm looms (Contract Looms)

54 nos and PU 380 cms (dobby attached)

12 nos are running under contract production from outside loom people.

Power Loom

In house 86 Looms and contract Looms of 840 Looms.(complete yarn – both warp sized beams and weft supplied by company and monitored with quality check peoples)

All in-house and Contract Job Work Looms are equipped with Auto Warp and weft stop feeders

2 wider width folding machines – make of VIBRANT & Co.,

1 Rolling machines width upto 67”.

2 Bale Packing Machines.

Total Production Capacity (Sulzer and PowerLoom) :

Current Production : 15,00,000 Mtrs Per Month Production. Company is in process of expanding the production to reach upto 20,00,000 mtrs per Month with in short span.

Quality Checks:

A team of young skilled quality professionals are employed to monitor quality of fabric in each stage.
